A Sad Day

| Pete Baker, who, along with Steve, was the founder of The Mighty Rooster has decided to leave the band. Our increased profile and workload meant that Pete was faced with difficult decisions affecting his homelife. We fully respect his decision and wish him all the best for the future both musically and personally. It is symptomatic of the band which Pete helped to form, that there have never been any real arguments in The Mighty Rooster - we have always been focussed upon the music. We will miss Pete’s understated style, but continue to look to the future with great optimism. Finding a replacement is never easy, but we are in the process of working with someone at present - we’ll let you all know more as things become more certain. |
